Mortgage Foreclosure Assistance

Frequently Ask Questions

Q: I am several months behind on my mortgage payments, what happens now?
A: You can take one of two roads; the one you dont want to take is the road to foreclosure.  Foreclosure is the legal means that your lender can use to force the sale of your home if you don't make your mortgage payments on time.

Q: How does the program work?
A: Several different methods can be used in preventing foreclosure. When one of our representatives gets in touch with you, he or she will learn more about your situation and we will let you know the direction we feel is best suited for you to take.  Once this is decided, we go ahead and stop the foreclosure and help you become current on your mortgage!

Q: I dont have the best credit, am I just wasting my time?
A:  No.  We help home owner without regard to their credit rating.

Q: What are my chances of actually saving my home?
A:  Our 97% success rate should tell you that your chances are pretty good.  You are our client; we do not stand for failure.  We will do everything in our legal power to prevent the foreclosure.

Q: What would be the consequences if I end up foreclosing?
A:  There are many consequences if you end up in foreclosure: First, you would end up losing one of your most valued investments, your home.  Second, your credit rating would be severely affected. Foreclosure can stay on your record for up to 10 years; it makes it almost impossible to purchase another home.

Q: What if I'm already deep into the foreclosure process, can you still help me?
